Public Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Winchester, County of Winnebago, State of Wisconsin at a meeting of the Board of Supervisors held on Monday, June 15, 2026 being properly noticed and posted, and with a quorum present and voting, has approved an Ordinance Repealing the Town of Winchester Chapter 18 Land Division and Subdivision Regulations Ordinance and Recreating and Replacing it with a new Town of Winchester Chapter 18 Land Division and Subdivision Regulations Ordinance.

The Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval and publication. The new ordinance is a comprehensive rewrite of the current Land Division and Subdivision Regulation for properties located in the Town of Winchester. The Ordinance also provides for fines and penalties for noncompliance.
