As of December 28, 2017,  the Town of Winchester Fire Department is providing EMS services for the Town of Winchester. The Department has a first responder squad that assists with emergency calls such as medical, trauma, automobile accident, and stand-by on fire department calls.  Gold Cross Ambulance also responds to emergency calls in the Town of  Winchester.
