The Winnebago County Highway Department is scheduled to start paving on County Road M north today, Monday, August 10th after which they will then start paving County Road II beginning at STH 76 and working west. The County recommends using alternative routes whenever possible to avoid traffic delays. The projects are expected to be completed in the next 3-4 weeks. Work schedules are weather dependent and subject to change.
