Winchester Residents whose service is regularly on Thursday, will be delayed to Friday, March 20, 2026.

Winchester Residents whose service is regularly on Friday, will be delayed to Saturday, March 21, 2026. 

Please set your bins  at least 3 feet apart on the roadside by 6 am on the morning of your pick up. Thank you for your cooperation.
